Israel´s far-right Regevim has launched an incitement campaign aimed at influencing an official Israeli decision on a school built in the Samu area south of Hebron.
According to the right-wing movement, the school received "legal protection" from the Civil Administration under the guise of "a distorted interpretation of the Construction Regulation Act in Area C".
In 2017, the Israeli Supreme Court rejected a petition to demolish the school and considered that there was a high priority and need for the school. The Israeli Civil Administration confirmed that the school obtained the required legal approval and did not intend to demolish it.
The movement considered that there is legal manipulation, claiming that there is a disregard for a number of "illegal construction" by the Palestinians in areas c.
