Ghassan Daghlas, the head of the settlement program in the northern West Bank, said 89 sites are the most vulnerable to settlement, according to the United Nations Organization for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), which should be highlighted, stressing the importance of placing them within the strategic areas By launching projects close to them.
In an interview with Radio Palestine, Daghlas called on all village councils to follow the example of a village council that has encouraged the villagers to build in the so-called areas (C) and pledged to provide free water and electricity.
