At dawn on Monday, Israeli occupying forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests of citizens in the West Bank.
The occupying forces arrested the President of the Council of Students ´ Union at Bir Zeit Yahya Akl Rabie during the storming of his family home in the West Bank village of al-Mazraa, northwest of Ramallah.
Sources from the village said that military patrols stormed the village and began storming houses, where the occupation arrested Rabie during a raid on his family´s house and searched him and was transferred to an unknown destination.
The occupation also arrested the young man, Basil Abdallah Ladadwa during a raid on his family home and interrogation of his inhabitants, noting that Daddah is a volunteer in the Medical Relief Society and a field paramedic, and the soldiers handed over a report to a young man to review the intelligence.
Clashes erupted between the Israeli occupation forces and dozens of youths in the village neighborhoods, after they closed roads and threw stones at military jeeps.
Early Monday morning, large-scale confrontations erupted with Israeli occupying forces after they stormed the Jenin refugee camp.
Local sources said that Israeli occupation soldiers had been deployed in the streets of the camp, accompanied by special units in civilian clothes amid overflights of the plane, where fierce clashes erupted during which explosions were heard.
She noted that the confrontations were accompanied by an raids campaign where three youths were reportedly arrested and several houses raided and searched.
The Israeli occupation forces also deployed in the Dibba al-Atari area near al-Razi hospital in the city of Jenin, where confrontations spread to that area.
