Israeli occupying forces arrested 12 Palestinian citizens from various parts of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem on Sunday after a night-long campaign of Palestinian villages and towns.
According to a statement issued by the Israeli occupation army, its forces arrested 10 Palestinians who said they were "wanted" by the General Intelligence Service, "Shaba ", on charges of engaging in activities related to the popular resistance against Israeli targets.
The army statement said the detainees had been transferred to different sides of the "investigation" with them.
According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces arrested two Palestinians from the neighborhood of al-Hawa in the town of Silwan, south of occupied Jerusalem.
The occupying forces re-arrested the captured prisoner, Omar Abdel Raouf Abu Sneineh, after they raided his family home in the southern part of the city of Hebron (south of occupied Jerusalem).
The occupying forces stormed the town of Kafr Nehmeh, west of the city of Ramallah (north of occupied Jerusalem), resulting in confrontations with Palestinian youths, without reporting any arrests or injuries.
