Two Palestinians were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets and dozens of people suffocated with tear gas as a result of the suppression of the Israeli occupation forces on Thursday, a peaceful march in the town of Turmus´aya, north of Ramallah.
The Israeli army fired metal bullets and tear gas towards the building of Turmus´ayya Municipality, where dozens of Palestinian civilians were gathering in preparation for a peaceful march in order to refuse to establish a new outpost on the town´s land.
Local sources said that violent clashes broke out in the center of the town, while settlers assaulted the protection of the occupation army on citizens, who tried to reach the land threatened with seizure.
