Hundreds of citizens from Tubas governorate participated in a march in the "Ain El-Helweh" area in the northern Jordan Valley, condemning the violations of the occupation and settlers in the area, and in response to a march called by extremist settler groups.
The Secretary of the Fatah movement in Tubas, Mahmoud Sawafta, said that the march aims to send a message to the occupation and its settlers, who are trying to impose settlement facts on the ground, that the Jordan Valley is Palestinian.
He stressed that hundreds of citizens flocked from all areas of the Tobulus governorate to participate in the march and raised the flag of Palestine, while a large number of citizens were unable to reach because of the occupation checkpoints.
