The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf Al-Qudra, sent a final distress call to all oil-producing countries and the world to save hospitals that are threatened with shutting down within hours as a result of the exhaustion of fuel needed to operate electricity generators.
Al-Qudra said in a press conference on Tuesday evening: “The final warning... hours away from the stopping of the main electrical generator in both Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the Indonesian Hospital.”
Al-Qudra sent an urgent distress call to each of the oil-producing countries to intervene urgently to supply the Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the Indonesian Hospital with fuel to save the lives of the wounded and sick.
Al-Qudra renewed the distress call to countries around the world to save 42 children under life support in incubators, 62 wounded and patients under artificial respiration, 650 patients with kidney failure, hundreds of operations in operating rooms, and other patients and wounded.
Al-Qudra appealed to all gas station owners and our people who have any quantity of fuel or know a place with fuel to supply it to Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the Indonesian Hospital to save the lives of the wounded and sick.
