Hong Kong suspends all flights for the second day in a row

Hong Kong International Airport suspended all flights departing from the city on Tuesday for the second consecutive day due to anti-government demonstrations.

The airport authority said the suspension would affect all flights, which were not registered by 4:30 pm, adding that incoming flights at one of the world´s busiest airports would be allowed to land.

The cancellation will affect thousands of passengers stranded in Hong Kong after the airport canceled flights from Monday evening to 6 a.m. local time on Tuesday due to protests.
