Today, Saturday, January 25, 2020, Hebrew media have reported that a new Corona virus is suspected in Israel, after its outbreak in China.
According to the Yedioth Aharonot newspaper, an Israeli returning from China was admitted to the Sheba Tel Hashomer Hospital, suspected of being infected with the Coronavirus in Wuhan.
In turn, the (Walla) Hebrew site stated that "a group of Israelis returning from China has been isolated due to fears of being infected with the Corona virus," pointing out that they are "awaiting the results of the laboratory."
The new Corona virus appeared for the first time in China, where official authorities announced it on December 12, 2019, in the central city of Wuhan, killing dozens of victims and infected people.
The virus has spread through Chinese tourists in many countries around the world, such as the United States, France, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and Nepal.
The new Corona virus, which has come to be called the "Wuhan virus" due to the discovery of the first case of the virus in this city, is transmitted by air in cases of breathing, sneezing and coughing.
Among the first symptoms, high body temperature, pain in the throat, coughing, shortness of breath, diarrhea, and in the advanced stages turn into pneumonia, and kidney failure, may end in death.
