Google announced new changes to the Duo video calling app, to facilitate people´s communication through the app.
And Google indicated that the application now supports the feature of adding 12 users in a group video call instead of 8 as was the case previously.
Experts believe that Google added this feature at a time when the use of video communication applications is increasing, especially since many of the world´s population are unable to communicate with others directly due to the quarantine and the measures taken to limit the spread of Corona virus infection in the world.
On this feature, Google Product Manager, Sanaz Ahari, said: "We feel satisfied that Duo enables users to see their loved ones around the world through video calls, we are aware of the value of conference calling at the moment .. We have increased the number of users in a group video call from 8 to 12, Wait for more to come.
To take advantage of the group video call, the user must go to the application, then click on the creat group option, and then choose the contacts he wants to join in the call.
