Abd al-Latif al-Hajj, Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Health in Gaza, called for mobilizing the necessary support to strengthen the health services system in the Gaza Strip to confront the Corona pandemic.
According to a statement by the ministry, this came during a session held by Pal-Think for Studies through the Zoom feature on the health situation in the Gaza Strip, in the presence of representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations in Jerusalem, Ramallah, Europe, Canada and America.
Al-Hajj said that the Ministry of Health in Gaza has worked according to clear health procedures and protocols to confront the Corona pandemic since the beginning of its outbreak at the beginning of this year in a number of countries of the world.
He pointed out that the plan included levels and scenarios to deal with the epidemiological situation, which entered the fourth level, with the registration of virus infections in residential communities in Gaza.
