Naji Sarhan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in the Gaza Strip, announced today, Thursday, the allocation of 100 mobile rooms for health isolation to enable the Ministry of Health to combat the Corona pandemic.
"The mobile rooms were created from ready-made concrete, so they will be in the service of the Ministry of Health to use them as isolation rooms and for doctors," Sarhan said during his inspection of the rooms in the presence of the head of the Governmental Follow-up Committee in Gaza, Mohamed Awad.
He explained that the handover of the mobile rooms to the Ministry of Health will be completed within two weeks.
For his part, Awad stressed that this project comes within the framework of government efforts to confront the Corona pandemic, noting that government agencies are working in full swing in order to protect citizens from the pandemic, and that all ministries are working according to an emergency plan in this framework.
