France expressed "dissatisfaction" on Friday after the US President authorized the imposition of sanctions on officials of the International Criminal Court.
"This decision represents a serious attack on the court (...), and beyond that, it challenges the multiplicity of the parties and the independence of the judiciary," French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said in a statement.
