Four injuries in settlers´ attack on olive pickers in Borin in Palestine

Ghassan Al-Katout - Four farmers were injured today, Friday, as a result of an attack by settlers on olive pickers in the village of Burin, south of Nablus.

The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Douglas, said that a group of "Yitzhar" settlers attacked farmers while picking olives in Mount Salman Al-Farsi, smashing their vehicle, and tried to set fire to citizens´ lands before the citizens confronted them and forced them to retreat.

He added that four injuries occurred among the farmers, namely the brothers Muhammad and Musa Imad Zaben, Bashir Zaban and his son Ahmed, and they were transferred to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus for treatment, and they suffered injuries, fractures and bruises in the heads and feet.
