The israeli occupation authorities decided Tuesday to allow the entry of 12-15 fire engines with their equipment for the Civil Defense Agency in the Gaza Strip.
According to informed Palestinian sources, the occupation will allow the entry of cars and fire engines for the first time since 2007.
The sources explained that these vehicles and equipment will be introduced through the Karam Abu Salem crossing today, to be received by the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and delivered to the Civil Defense Agency. The cars were donated by Qatar.
According to the sources, the handover will take place in the presence of Qatari Ambassador Mohammed al-Amadi, who will arrive in Gaza at a later date.
