Construction in settlements in Jerusalem and the West Bank has entered an unprecedented stage, whether through promotion, tenders or actual construction, Environment Minister Ze´ev Elkin said on Wednesday.
He told Israeli Army Radio that this unprecedented construction comes thanks to the great US government support for the occupation.
He stressed the position of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the need to work to apply sovereignty in the Jordan Valley and some settlements in the West Bank.
On the rocket fire on Ashdod yesterday, he explained that the army did not hesitate to deal a severe blow to Hamas tonight, in response to the rocket fire.
