Egypt opens the Rafah crossing tomorrow in the face of the stranded, and on Sunday it will return to work normally

The Ministry of Interior in the Gaza Strip announced, this evening, Wednesday, that the Rafah crossing will open tomorrow, Thursday, to the stranded only, while it will reopen next Sunday as usual.

In a brief statement, the ministry stated that it had been informed by the Egyptian authorities to open the crossing tomorrow to facilitate the return of the stranded, as well as the entry of goods.

In a later statement, she indicated that work will operate normally in both directions, starting next Sunday.

Egypt closed the Rafah crossing last Sunday, for reasons that were not specified at the time.
