Dozens of settlers stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday from the Mughrabi Gate.
According to the Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem, 86 settlers, 20 employees of the Israeli government and 32 Jewish students stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning raid. The Israeli police continue to restrict the entry of worshipers to Al-Aqsa, and hold some of their identities at the outer gates, and prevent the entry of dozens of women and men to the mosque for some time. Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected to a series of daily incursions and violations by settlers and the different arms of the occupation. Al-Aqsa raids rose in October, particularly during the Jewish New Year, the Yom Kippur and the Jewish Throne, where 6,338 settlers stormed it, according to the Wadi Hilweh Information Center.
