Two Palestinians died in Jenin and Gaza, as a result of being infected with the Corona virus, according to what was stated in a statement by the Ministry of Health today, Thursday.
The ministry said that 15 new infections were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 9, Jenin 3, Tulkarm 1, Nablus 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1), and 108 Gaza Strip, after examining 2448 samples.
And 117 recovery cases were recorded, making the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine 98.2%, active infections 0.7%, and the death rate 1.1%.
14 patients are receiving treatment in Corona hospitals and centers in the West Bank, 8 of them are in intensive care rooms, and 2 are on respirators.
The total number of vaccinated citizens in the West Bank was 433,815 and in the Gaza Strip, 75,897, a total of 509,712, of whom 368,532 received both doses of the vaccine.
