Minister of Health May Alkila announced, on Saturday, that the number of registered Palestinian infections with Corona Virus has increased to 673, while 570 have recovered.
Minister Alkila said in a press statement that 6 new injuries were recorded during the past 24 hours, including two previously announced hearing injuries, and 4 injuries in Jerusalem.
She stated that the results of all the samples taken for the contacts of the injured who had been previously announced from the Al-Kom area southwest of Hebron were negative, while the examination will be repeated after 5 days for the contacts of the first circle of the injured person.
She explained that the outcome of active cases, that is, still infected, rose to 98 cases.
The Minister of Health indicated that the recovery rate was 84.9% of all injuries recorded in Palestine.
During the past 24 hours, 253 new cases were brought into the quarantine of the home, while the number of actual persons in the quarantine is currently 1,831 citizens.
