The Ministry of Health announced the registration of 7 deaths, and 1,923 new cases of coronavirus, after examining 10,276 laboratory samples.
In its report for Sunday, the Ministry of Health said that it recorded 1,086 injuries in the West Bank (Tulkarem 253, Qalqilya 109, Nablus 293, Jenin 163, Salfit 85, Tubas 23, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 111, Jerusalem suburbs 6, Hebron 31, Bethlehem 4), and 837. in the Gaza Strip.
The new deaths were distributed as 3 cases in the Gaza Strip, two cases in Qalqilya, one case in Jenin, and one case in Nablus.
56 patients are in intensive care rooms, while 144 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in hospitals in the West Bank, including 12 on ventilators.
With regard to the citizens who received the anti-Coronavirus vaccines, the Ministry of Health said that their total number in the West Bank and Gaza reached 1,101,246, including 467,588 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
According to the Ministry of Health, the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 91.9%, while the percentage of active infections was 7.1%, and the death rate was 1% of the total infections.
