The Ministry of Health recorded today, Thursday, three deaths, “Gaza, Qalqilya and Nablus,” and 1,788 new cases of coronavirus, after examining 9,709 samples.
The ministry said that 868 injuries were recorded in the West Bank, and 920 in Gaza, and indicated that 33 patients are in intensive care, and 4 are on ventilators, out of 99 patients in Corona hospitals and centers in the West Bank.
The new injuries were distributed in the West Bank as follows: “Tulkarem 161, Qalqilya 92, Nablus 287, Salfit 66, Tubas 26, Jenin 69, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 94, Jerusalem suburbs 13, Hebron 44, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 7, Bethlehem 9.”
And it indicated that 343 new cases of recovery were recorded, 238 of them in the West Bank, and 105 in Gaza.
With regard to the citizens who received anti-Coronavirus vaccines, their total number in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 773,379, including 446,487 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
The recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 95.2%, while the percentage of active infections was 3.7%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
