The Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, that three deaths were recorded in Gaza as a result of the Corona virus, in addition to 111 new cases of the Corona virus, after examining 3,171 samples.
The ministry said that 40 new injuries were recorded in the West Bank (Tulkarem 17, Jenin 6, Nablus 8, Qalqilya 1, Bethlehem 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 4, Hebron 2) and 71 in the Gaza Strip.
It indicated that 111 patients also recovered (West Bank: 11), and (Gaza Strip: 100).
Pointing out that the number of patients in intensive care is 9, out of 14 who are being treated in hospitals and Corona centers in the West Bank.
The total number of vaccinated citizens in the West Bank reached 486,071, and in the Gaza Strip: 105,532, with a total number of 591,603 of whom 415,957 received both doses.
According to the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 98.5%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.4%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
