China has launched a set of policies to support the high-quality development of the integrated circuit and software industries.
The policies include tax incentives for companies in the integrated circuit and software industries, financial support from government-funded funds, improved protection of corporate intellectual property rights, in addition to policies aimed at promoting research, trade, education, market application and related international cooperation, according to a statement issued. The statement stressed that companies of integrated circuits and software of all types of ownership established in China can enjoy incentive policies, adding that the country will improve its business environment for international companies related to this field and that are seeking investment and development in China.
The statement asked the relevant government agencies and local governments to formulate appropriate policies as soon as possible to advance the high-quality development of industries.
