Scientists in Britain expected that the number of new infections of the new "Corona" virus will rise to 500,000, in the Chinese city of Wuhan, by the end of February.
This came as a result of a mathematical application developed by scientists at the School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the British capital, London, to predict the number of infections in "Corona", in Wuhan, a province of "Hubei" Chinese.
The scientists expected that the spread of "Corona" will reach its peak at the end of February, based on the current data.
According to the same expectations, the number of injured during this period will reach 500,000 in Wuhan, China, or 5 percent of the city´s total population.
And 774 people have died from the SARS epidemic, most of them in China, according to the World Health Organization, while the number of deaths from the Coruna virus recorded a thousand and 17 people within one month.
Corona is a family of viruses, but only 6 of them infect humans, and the new one is the seventh of the same killer family.
Symptoms of HIV infection include respiratory infections, fever, cough and difficulty breathing. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death, according to the World Health Organization.
The mysterious virus appeared on December 12, 2019, in the Chinese city of Wuhan (center); however, it was officially revealed by Beijing in mid-January.
