Avihai Mandelblit, the attorney general of the Israeli government, decided to accuse Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of taking bribes, deceit and dishonesty.

The Hebrew channel, on Thursday, that Netanyahu will face the charge of corruption in the file 4000, and deception and dishonesty in the files 1000 and 2000.

She pointed out that Mandelblit today handed the indictment of Netanyahu to the Israeli Knesset, "and Netanyahu can claim his right to immunity."

It is scheduled to hold Mandelblit, this evening, a press conference to talk about his decision on whether to indict Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in corruption cases.

Netanyahu is suspected of corruption offenses in three cases - the 1000 file (the cigar and champagne case) - accused of obtaining personal benefits from wealthy businessmen, including film producer Arnon Melchin and James Packer.

According to the list of suspicions published by Mandelblit, Netanyahu served in his public office in favor of Melchine, on several commercial and personal matters, and "while in a serious contradiction between the public interest and his personal commitment to Melchine." 

In the 2000 dossier, Netanyahu is suspected of holding talks with Yediot Aharonot´s publisher, Arnon Moses, in which he proposed harming Israel Hume, in exchange for supporting coverage in Yedioth Ahronoth and its website.

In file 4000, the most serious, Netanyahu is suspected of taking a bribe from the owner of Bezeq, a land-based telecommunications company, Shaul Alovich, and the latter reaped huge profits, which are reported to be more than 1 billion shekels, in exchange for support for Netanyahu on the site "Walla", Owned by Alovic.

The police have signed contracts with a number of Netanyahu´s close associates and advisers, who are key witnesses in these cases, and have become "king witnesses."
