Brazil provides Palestine with 60,000 doses of the triple vaccine

The Palestinian Ministry of Health received 60,000 doses of the triple DTP vaccine, in the form of support from the Brazilian government.

Minister of Health Mai Al-Kaila, while receiving the vaccines, accompanied by the Brazilian Ambassador to Palestine, Alessandro Warly Candias, thanked the Brazilian government and people for this generous donation to the State of Palestine.

She added that this triple DTP vaccine protects against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, and is one of the basic vaccines that are given to our children within the expanded national vaccination program.

She added that the Palestinian National Vaccination Program is a source of pride for the State of Palestine and the Ministry of Health at the regional and global levels, with a coverage rate of almost 100%, which indicates the great awareness of the Palestinian citizen of the importance of vaccination and disease prevention.
