Qatar

Qatar has not officially announced participation in the workshop. United Nations

To respond to the Manama workshop, which the Palestinians are refusing to see as a prelude to the deal to eradicate the Palestinian cause, they plan to launch events, rallies and organize conferences at home and abroad.
