Israeli army forces beat up solidarity with residents of the al-Khan Red Bedouin community, and five of them were bruised and fractured on Monday, east of Jerusalem.
The Ministry of Health said in a press release that five activists were bruised and fractured during the beating in al-Khan al-Ahmar.
The injured were also hospitalized in the Palestinian medical Complex in Ramallah, the statement said.
Earlier, Abdullahi Abu Rahmah, director general of the popular Labor Department at the Wall Resistance and settlement Authority, said the Israeli army had arrested four activists, including a foreign solidarity.
Abu Rahmah added that an Israeli military force stormed al-Khan al-Ahmar, accompanied by military bulldozers, and began dredging streets around the Bedouin community.
He said dozens of supporters had responded to the bulldozers and forced them out.
He said there was a stampede between the military force and the activists, which led to the arrest of four activists, including a foreign solidarity activist.
Abu Rahmah insisted on continuing to address any Israeli attempt to demolish the assembly and deport the population.
On 5 September September, the Israeli Supreme Court decided to demolish and evacuate the "Red Khan".
