The Israeli military court on Friday denied to hand over the body of Mohammed Obaid, a 20-year-old resident of the town of Issawiya, north of Jerusalem, who was martyred Thursday evening. The Israeli occupation forces lost his body following clashes in the town.
According to the newspaper "Haaretz", the body of the martyr Obeid is currently in the Institute of Forensic Medicine Abu Kabir.
The Israeli court ordered the police to set the date for the body to be delivered within two days.
The family of the martyr filed a petition with her lawyer before the Magistrate´s Court to allow the body of his son to be buried.
