A naval destroyer of the US Navy´s Sixth Fleet arrived on the shores of the southern port of ashdod, the 10th Hebrew channel reported monday.
According to the channel, the destroyer is the first to arrive at the port of ashdod, for the first time in more than 19 years, where the last destroyer arrived in the port in 1999.
The channel noted that 400 US Marines aboard the destroyer, along with their own crew.
