The Egyptian authorities on Tuesday opened the Rafah border crossing in both directions after a partial closure of 23 days.
The opening of the crossing point since the 6th of this month (the date of the withdrawal of Palestinian Authority employees from the border administration) has been limited to the inclusion of those stranded on the Egyptian side and allowing the introduction of some goods.
Sources said the crossing could only be opened in both directions until next Thursday.
The Gaza Interior Ministry announced last night the records of the passengers who will be allowed to travel today.
