Those organizations attached the petition to testimonies indicating the depth of the damage suffered by the residents of the Strip.
The petition referred to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in Gaza, which added to the difficult economic and humanitarian crisis affecting the health and food security apparatus of the population.
The organizations said in a statement: "The destructive sanctions imposed by Israel contradict international law and Supreme Court decisions, and ignore Israel´s duty to preserve the good life of the two million Palestinians in Gaza and protect their rights. Therefore, Israel must immediately stop its deliberate infringement of the residents of the Gaza Strip, and immediately renew entry into the Gaza Strip." Regulated and continuous fuel and fuel from the Kerem Shalom crossing, and additional restrictions on the entry of goods and sea are lifted.
