A young man was martyred and more than 20 people were injured by live bullets in the village of al-Mughair, northeast of Ramallah, during a settler attack on the village.
According to medical sources, three injuries were described as serious and were transported for hospital treatment, including one chest and one neck injury.
Local sources said: "Dozens of masked and heavily armed settlers attacked a house in the northern area of the village of al-Mughayar, located between al-Mughir and Douma village south of Nablus, burnt an agricultural tractor and tried to attack the owners of the house belonging to Musa Abu Alia."
The same sources added: The people of Al-Mughar and the neighboring villages came out and attacked the settlers ´ attack, but the settlers fired live bullets at the residents indiscriminately, causing more than 20 live bullets, after which the police and troops from the occupation army came to the area, and the confrontations still exist Between the parents on the one hand and the occupation forces and the settlers on the other. "
The Red Crescent said it had transported some injuries, while more ambulances were moving to transport the rest of the wounded.
The mosques of the village of Mughir have been declared via loudspeakers, calling on the citizens to defend the village and repel the storming of settlers and the occupation army.
