Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale wave of arrests from various parts of the West Bank on Tuesday morning.
Local sources said that the occupation forces arrested seven students from the University of Birzeit: the former president of the university student council Osama al-Fakhouri, the son of the captive Lama Khater, and Mohammed Nakhla, and the liberated editor Moaz Abed and prisoner editor Bara Assi.
Amir Adnan, Izzedine Hassouna and Bilal Hamed were also arrested.
The occupation arrested two young men, Yusuf Na´im Samha and Ziad Harami, from their homes in the town of Jayyus, northeast of Qalqiliya.
In Nablus, Ibrahim Hisham Dawabsha was arrested from Duma village, southeast of the city, and the prisoner, Ali Lulh, from Awarta and Abdullah Tariq Dweikat, was arrested from Balata.
Also arrested was the editor-in-chief, Mohammed Jamal al-Amour, from the town of Teqoa, southeast of Bethlehem, along with Ali Tqaqta, after a raid and search of his house in Umm Salmona village south of the city.
The detainees were identified as Mohammed Jalal Orabi.
