More than 300 activists in solidarity with the Palestinian right demonstrated in Lafayette Square, the US, today, Thursday, in front of the White House in Washington, DC, in conjunction with President Joe Biden’s meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, in refusal of his first visit to Washington And condemning the continuous and unconditional American support for the occupation government.
The demonstrators carried Palestinian flags and banners showing Israeli crimes against our people, calling on the US administration to pressure the occupation government to stop the displacement of Palestinians from East Jerusalem and to achieve Palestinian rights.
In a statement, the demonstrators affirmed their rejection of the Israeli arbitrary measures against the Palestinians, calling on Biden to pressure the Israeli government to stop its violations.
He explained that the Biden administration is working to strengthen the Jewish colonial settlement project by pumping billions of dollars and providing military aid to Israel.
