A Palestinian citizen was wounded, this evening, Friday, by Israeli occupation forces´ bullets, in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
The Ministry of Health stated, in a brief statement it published on its Facebook page, that a citizen was critically injured by live bullets of the Israeli occupation, as he was hit in the neck, "nerves and spine", which led to quadriplegia.
Local sources said that a 24-year-old youth was hit by live bullets in the neck, and was transferred to Yatta Governmental Hospital, where his injury was described as critical.
The sources pointed out that the Israeli occupation soldiers fired direct bullets at him from a distance of zero, when he tried to prevent them from seizing an electrical generator that he and his family used.
In turn, the Israeli "Makan" broadcasting station said that the Israeli army was examining Palestinian reports that a soldier opened fire from a short distance towards a young man in the Latwanah area east of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, wounding him seriously.
