Groups of Jewish settlers stormed the al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday, accompanied by Israeli military forces that protected them.
According to a source in the Islamic Waqf in Jerusalem, the Israeli police allowed 93 Jewish settlers to break into the Al-Aqsa Mosque and roam in their courtyards.
She added that the armed special forces accompanied the settlers during the first four-hour incursion, from the moment they stormed the "Bab al-Mughrabi" until they left the "Bab al-Series".
She pointed out that the incursions were characterized by the performance of perpetual ritual rituals and the protection of the Israeli police, despite the opposition of the al-Aqsa Mosque guards and their attempt to counter it.
She explained that the Israeli occupation police arrested the guard of al-Aqsa mosque Hamza al-Nabali when he tried to enter the mosque and practice his work as usual this morning, and then released him on bail and deported for two weeks from the mosque.
These incursions are rejected by the Islamic Waqf, where the "Bab al-Mughrabi" is controlled by the Israeli police, which controls it since the occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, and it is bringing settlers into the "arms force".
The police allow settlers to break into two periods of time, except Friday and Saturday, for a total of five hours.
The past two days witnessed the storming of some 500 settlers of the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque in commemoration of the Hebrew Feast of "forgiveness", while Israeli police forces arrested at least 15 youths, deported some of them from the mosque for a limited period, and extended the detention of others.
