The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 9 deaths, 620 new cases of Coronavirus, and 1491 recoveries were recorded during the last 24 hours in all governorates of the country.

Minister Al-Kaila added in a press statement, today, Sunday, that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 76.7%, while the rate of active infections reached 22.6%, and the death rate was 0.7% of all infections.

She indicated that the new deaths were recorded for two citizens (29 and 69 years) from Faqoua in the Jenin governorate, citizens (77 and 80 years) from Gorish and Nablus in Nablus governorate, a citizen (87 years) from Rafah, and a citizen (93 years) from Khan Yunis, in addition to 3 citizens. From the city of Jerusalem (during Friday and Saturday).

She added that the new injuries were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (119), Nablus Governorate (83), Bethlehem Governorate (33), Qalqilya Governorate (5), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (41), Jenin (28), Salfit (8 ), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (26), Tulkarm (26), Tubas (3), the Gaza Strip (66), the suburbs of Jerusalem (12), and the city of Jerusalem (170 within two days).

And the Minister of Health added that new cases of recovery were recorded in: Hebron Governorate (157), Jenin Governorate (33), Qalqilya Governorate (78), Tulkarm Governorate (67), Salfit Governorate (23), Nablus Governorate (82), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. (784), Tubas Governorate (25), Jerusalem (127), Gaza Strip (115).

She pointed out that there are 44 patients in intensive care rooms, including 14 patients on artificial respirators.
