The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Sunday, that it had recorded 8 deaths and 232 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry indicated in its daily report that the total number of cases that need medical care inside the hospital is 259, of which 139 are serious and critical cases.
It indicated that 477 new recoveries from the Corona virus were recorded.
It stated that the central laboratory examined 1,482 new samples during the same period.
Thus, the total number of people infected with the virus in the Gaza Strip since last March is 45,357 cases, of whom 8,137 are active cases, 36,779 recoveries and 441 deaths.
