Today, Saturday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 8 deaths, 664 new cases of corona, and 1942 recoveries have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
She added that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 92.9%, while the rate of active infections reached 6.1%, and the death rate was 1.1%, of all infections.
The minister indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “The suburbs of Jerusalem 4, Hebron 13, Tubas 7, Nablus 74, Tulkarm 21, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 23, Qalqilya 6, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 1, Jenin 18, Salfit 2, Bethlehem 2” 493 Gaza Strip.
Al-Keela added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: “The suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Hebron 62, Tubas 20, Nablus 152, Tulkarm 18, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 0, Qalqilya 0, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 9, Jenin 77, Salfit 21, Bethlehem 22”, The Gaza Strip 1560.
4 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: “Nablus 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Qalqilya 1, Jenin 1”, and 4 deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip.
The Minister of Health pointed out that there are 146 patients in intensive care rooms, including 43 patients on artificial respirators, while 374 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
It stated that the total number of citizens who received anti-virus vaccinations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 257,764, including 184,205 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
