The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced the registration of 6 deaths and 680 new cases of Coronavirus.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus in Palestine, today, Monday, she explained that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 88.1%, while the rate of active infections reached 11.1%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
Minister Al-Kailah added that 5 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (88-year-old citizen from Al-Samou, 53-year-old citizen from Halhul, 76-year-old citizen from Ramallah, 51-year-old citizen Al-Mazra´a Al-Qibliya, 83-year-old citizen from Beitunia).
Regarding recovery cases, 260 cases were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 18, Jenin 19, Nablus 133, Tulkarm 28, Salfit 7, Tubas 2, Qalqilya 9, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 44), Gaza Strip 210.
She added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (82), Nablus Governorate (132), Bethlehem Governorate (54), Qalqilya Governorate (15), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (41), Jenin (36), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (5) ), Salfit (4), Tulkarm (23), Tubas (6), the Gaza Strip (270), and the suburbs of Jerusalem (12).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 41 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 10 patients, who are connected to artificial respirators.
