Tawfiq Jahshan, Director of the Legal Unit, stated that these incidents of violations (99) resulted in a violation of the right of citizens and their properties without the number of times preventing the call to prayer in the Ibrahimi Mosque, noting that the majority of incidents of attacks and violations are carried out by the occupation army, explaining this by the occupation army’s control throughout The Old City controls the movement of citizens through military gates and barriers.

He pointed out that the attacks by the army and settlers together amounted to (6) attacks, while the attacks by settlers alone reached (24) attacks, and the attacks of the occupation army (25), which is (45%) attacks by the occupation army, (44%) the settlers ’attacks, and (11%) shared assaults, explaining that the distribution of violations in terms of the target entity was (45) against the population, i.e. (46%) and (17) violations of the right to private property (17%), while obtaining public property ( 37) Violation, 37%.

Jahshan explained that the Ibrahimi Mosque, during the month of November, was subjected to numerous violations that were incursions into its sanctity by the occupation soldiers, desecration, closure, and the complete tolerance by settlers of all its corridors and sections and the establishment of religious rites in it, as well as in its gardens and external squares, in addition to the arbitrary practices of the occupation soldiers. He added that, under the pretext of reviving the so-called "Sat Sarah", the settlers mobilized about (45) thousand extremist settlers to visit the Ibrahimi Mosque, where they held various noisy celebrations in its internal halls and external squares and installed tents and caravans in various squares and spaces in large parts of the region, To accommodate the settlers who were mobilized for the occasion.

Jahshan pointed out that the occupation prevented the call to prayer during the month of November (55) in one extreme time, and thus it prevented the call to prayer from the minarets of the Ibrahimi Mosque (567) once in separate months last year of the year 2019.

The number of Jahshan is the most prominent attacks perpetrated by settlers and occupation soldiers against citizens and their properties in the Old City, including settlers attacking citizens and their homes.
