Today, Sunday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced 31 deaths, 1,155 new cases of the "Coronavirus" and 1,419 recoveries during the past 24 hours.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation in Palestine, Al-Kailah confirmed that new deaths were recorded in the governorates: Jenin (2), Bethlehem (2), Hebron (3), Nablus (4), Tulkarm (1), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (4) Qalqilya (1), Gaza Strip (7), Jerusalem (7).
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Jenin (79), Bethlehem (60), Tubas (20), the suburbs of Jerusalem (17), Hebron (86), Salfit (19), Nablus (70), Tulkarm (41). ), Ramallah (116), Qalqilya (7), Jericho (8), Gaza Strip (409), and Jerusalem (223), indicating that 4,539 examinations were performed.
Al-Kailah added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: Jenin (121), Tubas (30), the suburbs of Jerusalem (294), Hebron (40), Salfit (38), Nablus (167), Tulkarm (48), Ramallah (77). ), Qalqilya (53), Jericho (12), Gaza Strip (280), Jerusalem (259).
She stated that the rate of recovery from the "Corona" virus in Palestine amounted to 86.7%, while the rate of active infections reached 12.3%, and the death rate was 1.0%, of all injuries.
The Minister of Health indicated that 124 patients are in the intensive care rooms, including 26 patients on artificial respirators.
