A total of 304 Palestinians have been martyred since the start of the March 13 marches by the Israeli army at the separation fence where the marches are organized, according to an official toll released by the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza on Friday.
The ministry said in a statement received by the German Press Agency (DPA), a copy of it, that among the total martyrs 59 children and 10 women, noting the injury of more than 17 thousand others were taken to hospitals in clashes with the Israeli army in the marches.
Among those injured were 3,544 children and 1,168 women, she said.
