Minister of Health Mai Al-Kaila announced today, Monday, that 30 deaths, 1,529 new injuries, and 2023 recoveries have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
She added that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 89.3%, while the rate of active infections reached 9.6%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
The minister indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “Tubas 30, Salfit 25, Tulkarm 48, Jenin 83, Nablus 124, Hebron 84, Qalqilya 15, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 13, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 84, Bethlehem 17, the suburbs of Jerusalem 8” 998 Gaza Strip.
Al-Kailah added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: “Tubas 17, Salfit 2, Tulkarm 19, Jenin 87, Nablus 110, Hebron 21, Qalqilya 35, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 10, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 134, Bethlehem 35, the suburbs of Jerusalem 3” The Gaza Strip 1550.
And 14 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: “Tubas 2, Tulkarm 2, Jenin 1, Nablus 2, Hebron 2, Qalqilya 1, Bethlehem 4”, and 16 deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip, according to Al-Keela.
She pointed out that there are 167 patients in intensive care rooms, including 46 patients on artificial respirators, while 472 patients are treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
The minister stated that the total number of citizens who received anti-corona virus vaccinations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 166849, including 25,466 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
