Health Minister Mai Kila announced wednesday that 3 deaths, 719 new cases of corona and 266 recovery cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours, after conducting 5,418 tests in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The recovery rate for MERS-CoV in Palestine was 67.2%, active infections accounted for 32.2%, and mortality was 0.6% of all infections.
She said in a press release that the deaths were recorded in Hebron governorate of an 80-year-old citizen, a citizen from Nablus governorate (68) and a citizen from Bethlehem (53 years old).
She noted that the new infections were distributed as follows:

Bethlehem Governorate (50).
Qalqilya Governorate (40).
Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate (50).
Jenin (18).
Jericho and the Jordan Valley (20).

The new recovery cases have been recorded in the following provinces:

Hebron Governorate (120).

Jerusalem (121).
There are 28 patients in intensive care rooms, including five patients connected to ventilators, she said.
