A Palestinian youth was killed and four others were wounded by Israeli fire Thursday night during clashes in the town of Al-Isawiya in Jerusalem.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces fired live bullets in intensive and indiscriminate clashes during the violent and persistent clashes in the town´s Obeid neighborhood and spread to all parts of Isawiya, resulting in the death of a young man from serious injuries.
The sources confirmed that the martyr is Mohammed Samir Obaid from the village of Issawiya, where the Israeli occupation forces closed all the entrances of the town, while citizens appeared to the introduction of ambulances to the region, the official news agency reported.
It is worth mentioning that dozens of citizens staged a protest this evening for the residents of Al-Issawiya in Jerusalem, condemning the policy of violence and collective punishment practiced by the occupation against them.
