The Ministry of Health announced the registration of 1064 new cases of Corona virus, and said that it had recorded 25 deaths in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, today, Saturday.
In a statement, the ministry said that 1,477 of the infected people had recovered from the virus, spread over 917 from the West Bank and 704 from Gaza. It indicated that it had performed 3,225 examinations in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry of Health stated that the patients are in intensive care, 119, and the patients are on artificial respirators 27.
Thus, the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reaches 86.4%, the rate of active infections is 12.6%, and the death rate is 1.0%.
14 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Tulkarm 1, Ramallah 4, Jerusalem suburbs 3, Jenin 1, Nablus 2, Hebron 3), and 11 in the Gaza Strip.
The new casualties were distributed as follows: Jericho 12, Salfit 22, Tulkarm 43, Ramallah 102, the suburbs of Jerusalem 17, Bethlehem 29, Jenin 55, Nablus 42, Hebron 25, Qalqilya 5, Tubas 8, Gaza Strip 704.
