21 wounded people from the Gaza Strip arrive for treatment in Egypt

 The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced today, Thursday, the reception of 21 people wounded in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, through the Rafah crossing, for treatment in Egyptian hospitals.


The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, explained that a medical examination was conducted on all 21 infected cases that arrived today and they were accurately diagnosed, adding that all cases receive superior medical care from the medical teams present at the Rafah crossing or inside the hospitals, and quarantine doctors also carried out At the crossing, a medical examination was conducted on 344 nationals of foreign countries, including 72 children, who were vaccinated with polio, measles, and mumps vaccines.


Abdel Ghaffar confirmed the continued intensive work by the medical teams at the Ministry of Health, in coordination with all concerned authorities, to receive the injured and provide them with the best diagnostic and therapeutic services necessary for them, noting the Minister of Health and Population’s continuous follow-up of the latest developments in the situation, through the Ministry’s Crisis Management Room.
